The Holy Scripture is the infallible, inspired word of God and is the only authority for all doctrine, faith and practice (2 Tim 3:16).
There is one true God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son and Holy Spirit — each of whom possesses equally all the attributes of Deity and the characteristics of personality.
Human nature is corrupted. As a result, all people are totally unable to please God. Everyone needs regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit (Ps 14:3; Rom 3:23).
Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 Tim 2:5-6).
Salvation is wholly a work of God’s free grace and is not the work, in whole or in part, of human works or goodness or religious ceremony. God imputes His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation and thereby justifies them in His sight. (Eph 2:8-9; Rom 5:1-2).
We believe God’s plan for human sexuality is to be expressed only within the context of marriage, that God created man and woman as unique biological persons made for each other. God instituted monogamous marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. For this reason, we believe that marriage is exclusively the union of one genetic male and one genetic female (Gen 2:24; Matt 19:5-6; Mark 10:6-9; Rom 1:26-27; 1 Cor 6:9.
