Use this form to apply for your personalized Passport* from the Kingdom of God and Christ.
Personalized Christian Passports* from the Kingdom of God and Christ will only be issued to people who confirm that they are indeed Christians who are born again and not Christians in name only. As you fill out this form, truthfully answer the questions.
If you are applying for a minor child, you must have firsthand knowledge of their being born again, just as you do yourself.
Finally, after you have submitted the application and it has been approved, you will receive an invoice for the cost of the Passport*. The current cost is $20.00 US for a booklet or $5.00 US for a personalized PDF version.
